- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase.

  1. Returns Process

- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

- Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and affix the return shipping label to the package.

- Please note, it takes 5-7 business days for the return process.

  1. Exchange Process

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your exchange preferences when contacting our customer service team.

- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.

- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving and processing your return.

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
